Exchanges
Exchange at your door
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, the reason and clear photos showing the tags. Choose a standard exchange (you send the item back; standard delivery charge for the new one) or a doorstep exchange, where the courier swaps it at your door (standard delivery plus Rs. 150). Damaged or incorrect items are exchanged free.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags. Replacements are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Undergarments and final sale items cannot be exchanged.
